Systemic consultants can act as advisors,
coaches, project managers or trainers. They can also
provide guidance and coaching in personal development, partnership
and parenthood issues, and resolve individual, domestic and organizational
crises. Systemic consultants may specialize in:
- strategic planning
- relationship management
- sales and marketing
- technology consulting
- organizational development
- human resources (HR)
- business consulting
- business expansion and mergers
- health issues and psychosomatic disease
- other issues needing professional support
The following format is appropriate for both
organizational projects and private coaching, although few private clients
require a written proposal or agreement.

|
Phase |
Actions |
| 1. Consultation |
We discuss your situation
and resources. We learn about you want and you learn about us. We each ask
questions and discuss optimal solutions. We discuss timing, information,
content and logistics for a proposal. There is no charge nor
obligation for this consultation. |
| 2. Proposal |
We submit a proposal,
outlining our understanding of your requirements, our recommendations and
our pricing. We choose a time to discuss and
fine-tune the
proposal. |
| 3. Agreement |
We draft an agreement that we both like.
After we both agree, a project can commence. |
| 4. Assessment |
We collect and assess pertinent information on-site and off-site. |
| 5. Project Design |
We create an acceptable program, including strategy, outcomes and practices, to
achieve the agreed goals. |
| 6. Meetings |
We schedule meetings for the extent of the
agreement. |
| 7. Follow-up |
We provide follow-up
mentorship for the extent of our agreement. |
|
Managers make themselves.
Effective managers pursue ongoing development. |
