Beverly explains how people interact; the level
of emotional intelligence (EQ) displayed in the behavior of an individual and
explains what will cause an individual to move up or down their EQ scale.
Using the Enneagram system as a backdrop,
individuals are encouraged to move up their EQ scale and are coached out of
stress towards optimal performance and more productive relationships.
Unlike static systems, the Enneagram system
can help to identify the values that are not serving a person, demonstrate
how they manifest in every day situations and then work with the individual
to realign positive values that support personal development and growth.
