Master Strategies for Life
Success in almost every field requires supportive relationships,
symptoms, conflicts, beliefs, emotions and role models. Each step of
systemic coaching builds on previous success and prepares for the next
goal. This coaching sequence is important when solving complex problems. Ineffective
coaching or poorly focused therapy can waste your precious time and resources
on trivial or irrelevant issues!
Do you wait for "suffering" to
motivate you? Do you wait for someone to tell you what to do? Do you wait
for permission to live your life? Get our coaching!

What are Human Systems?
The word system has many meanings. Living systems
ensure self-preservation; production systems create output; transport systems
provide throughput etc. Some characteristics of systems are:
- Systems consist of definable elements.
- Most systems are elements of larger systems.
- Elements of a system might be perceived as
sub-systems
- Elements of a system interrelate or communicate
with each other.
- Complex systems include hierarchies of systems
and subsystems.
- Systems show dynamic behavior, often related to
the goals of the system.
- Systems have permeable material or immaterial
boundaries to their environments
Human systems are groups of people who influence each other.
Human relationship dynamics go far beyond simple ideas of cause-and-effect. So,
What is a system? What is Systems Thinking?
Systems Thinking
We can know models of reality but not reality itself. We
can construct and develop models of reality, depending on how we describe the
models. Thinking in terms of simple cause-effect relationships might be called
functional or linear - in contrast to thinking in terms of loops. Interrelated
systems have direct and indirect relationships. Feedback loops can be
reinforcing (positive) or balancing (negative).
In systems thinking, distinctions between cause and effect can
be paradoxical. We cannot identify a single cause for a systemic process, since
effects may affect the cause. An understanding of feedback loops requires a
dynamic perspective to observe how systemic behavior changes over time.
Overview of Systemic Coaching and Coach Training
We use systemic coaching to help people explore
what they want, where they are now and how they can enjoy success.
We coach people to achieve their goals, enjoy emotional freedom
and/or build relationship happiness. We coach people to clean up
their lives. Consider this symbol ...

First deal with crisis. People who wait for someone else to solve
their problems may remain immature and dependent. You can coach people
to enjoy clarifying and resolving each part of their lives! Helping
people take responsibility for dealing with a crisis is often a
first step of our systemic coaching.
Regain peace and clarity. You can coach people
to enjoy good relationships with parents, partners, ex-partners
and children, instead of relationship confusion (e.g. reacting to
a partner as if to a parent, or to a friend as if to a partner,
which has unpleasant consequences.) Resolving
entanglements
can accelerate all parts of life. (A common entanglement is
emotional
incest.)
Systemic Coach Training 2: Goals & Objections
As entanglements diminish, clarity increases and people can better
focus on what they want. However, unconscious blocks will show up as
objections to their own goals. This phase of Soulwork coaching helps
people become aware of and resolve inner objections.
Systemic Coach Training 3: Conflicts & Dreamwork
Many people will spontaneously show trance-like signs during goalwork.
However, systemic goalwork can continue using isomorphic and interactive
metaphors. This leads towards finding integrity, the Soul of Soulwork,
unless conflicts or identity loss prevent this experience of integrity and
connectedness.

You can coach people to resolve motivational blocks that
result from trauma & abuse.
Help people end any emotional chaos following crisis, abuse or traumatic
experiences. You can coach people to transform unpleasant emotions into
motivation - from headwind to tailwind.

Many people feel manipulated by others, yet do not
protest because of the perceived importance of the relationships.
Relationship Bonds keep people in relationships
(such as an inappropriate partnership or a low paid job) even when the consequences are
unpleasant ... such as obsessions, psychosomatic disease, wild emotions and
limiting beliefs.
You can coach people to identify and change relationship bonds.
You can coach people to increase their freedom and choice. People who resolve
toxic relationship bonds feel increasingly
free and peaceful; and
subsequent coaching becomes more concrete and goal-oriented.

You can help people dissolve conflict.
You can coach people to find the hidden benefits of conflicts, and to
resolve conflicts. After resolving conflicts, most people can better focus on
their goals and
plans. Deep conflicts may expose identity loss -
identifications, identity conflict or a loss of sense-of-self.
A common interim goal of our coaching is to experience integrity
(we often call this Soul). You can coach people to access and stabilize this
wonderful experience as a life-resource, while defining life direction
(or mission or purpose). See Soul
of Soulwork.

You can help people evaluate their past and
current role models and dissolve mentor damage. You can coach
people to find inspirational mentors. With focus, integrity,
supportive beliefs, motivation and inspirational mentorship -
you can help people find and fulfill their goals - and their
life purpose!
Individual coaching often leads to couple coaching,
family coaching or team training. We coach partners, parents and team
members to adapt to and appreciate changes, while helping them
improve their partnership. Advanced coach training (coaching whole families
and coaching teams) is available.
Systemic Coach Training 8: Systemic
